30-Day Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

To request a refund, contact us at zorgel@outlook.com within the applicable period.

Your request should include your order number, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the product when reasonably relevant to the request.

All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved under this policy in circumstances including:

The product arrives damaged or defective.
The customer receives an incorrect product.
The product materially differs from what was ordered or described.
The order is not delivered within the applicable delivery period and the circumstances support a refund.
The customer is dissatisfied with the product and submits an eligible request within 30 days of delivery, including photographs when reasonably required to evaluate the request.

We may request additional information or evidence where reasonably necessary to evaluate a refund request.

Products showing use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may not qualify for a voluntary refund under our 30-day policy, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

A non-delivery claim may be denied where reliable carrier tracking or delivery records establish delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers may still contact us if they believe the package was delivered to an incorrect location, stolen after delivery, or affected by a carrier error.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

No Physical Return Required

When a refund is approved, SEYDARO does not require the customer to physically return the product.

After approval, you do not need to ship the product to the United States, China, our supplier, or any other location.

The customer may keep the product or responsibly dispose of it after the refund request has been approved.

Physical return of the product is not a condition for receiving an approved refund.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times imposed by financial institutions are outside our control.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union, including customers in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal, retain applicable statutory consumer rights in addition to our 30-day refund policy.

Except where a statutory exception applies, EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods, without giving a reason.

SEYDARO waives the requirement to physically return the product. After the withdrawal request has been accepted, the customer may keep or responsibly dispose of the product.

Nothing in this section limits statutory remedies relating to defective, incorrect, unsafe, or non-conforming goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments that are legally required to be reimbursed under applicable law using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise lawfully agreed.

SEYDARO waives the requirement for the physical return of the product. You do not need to ship the product to SEYDARO, China, a supplier, or any other address.

The product may be kept or responsibly disposed of.

United Kingdom Customers

Customers in the United Kingdom retain all mandatory cancellation and consumer rights available under applicable UK law.
